Twice as nice

So, I'm baking a cheesecake this afternoon, using a smaller cake pan than the recipe calls for, doing the math accordingly to reduce it. I need 2 and some fraction of eggs, which is kind of tricky. I break in the first 2 from the end of a carton. I get a new carton out, ready to add a whole 3rd egg, cheesecake be damned, when lo and behold, I crack the egg to reveal a double yolk. I saved one, threw the other one in, and the cake is looking pretty delicious.
